These bundles are on hand and can be in your freezer within days of ordering (no waiting on butcher dates). Available in four sizes to fit any family’s needs or freezer space. The more you buy, the more you save! Smaller shares will see a mix of the cuts listed, particularly the organ meats and bones, rather than every one of those cuts.

Cuts include: Ground beef, chuck roast, arm roast, sirloin tip roast, brisket, rump roast, tri-tip roast, eye of the round roast, round steak, tenderized round steak, knuckle bones, beef fat/suet, heart, tongue, liver, kidney, oxtail, neck roast.
Our beef is grassfed, grass-finished, and pasture-raised on our family farm near Estelline, SD. It’s completely free of GMOs, antibiotics, and added hormones. The meat in these shares has been processed in a certified humane USDA facility in South Dakota and frozen.
